From first call to launch: how we deliver in weeks, not months
What happens between the first conversation and the day your customers start using your product, and what we ask from you along the way.

Many business owners have a story about a software project that never ended. Months of meetings, a designer who disappeared, a developer who stopped answering, and a product that was always “almost ready”.
We work differently. Most websites go live in one to two weeks, and most of our apps within two weeks. This is how.
1. One conversation about your business
The first call is about your business, not technology. Who are your customers? What do they buy? What takes your staff the most time? Where do you lose money?
From that conversation we write a fixed quote, listing exactly what is included. No hourly billing and no surprises later.
2. Your real content from day one
We design with your actual products, prices, photos and branding, never with placeholders. That means what you approve is exactly what your customers will see, and there is no painful moment at the end when the “real” content does not fit the design.
3. A working link early, not just pictures
Instead of weeks of static designs, you get a working link early on. You can open it on your own phone, tap through it and show it to your team. Feedback on something real is faster and clearer than feedback on drawings.
4. Built properly underneath
The parts you never see matter most: payments that cannot be faked, staff permissions that hold, alerts that arrive once, and data that stays safe. These are built in from the start, not patched in after launch.
5. Proper quality testing before release
Every flow is tested before it reaches your customers: signing in, ordering, paying, receiving alerts, and every screen on phones, tablets and laptops. We only call something done once it has passed.
6. Launch, with your team ready
We put it live on your own domain, train your staff, and for products that need it, set up printed codes, QR posters and the launch video that tells your customers it exists.
7. We stay
Launch is the start. We host, monitor, back up and keep improving the product, and new features can be added whenever your business needs them.
What we need from you
- A clear decision-maker who can approve things quickly
- Your real content: products, prices, photos and logo
- Access to the accounts the product needs, such as your Paystack account and domain
- Honest feedback on the working link
Projects move as fast as decisions do. With those four things in place, weeks really do mean weeks.
